[Libreplanet-dev] Downtime tomorrow (Thursday)

We are expecting about an hour of downtime for all *.fsf.org sites
tomorrow morning (EDT), which includes groups.fsf.org. This is part of a
mostly invisible infrastructure change that will enable new and great
things in the future.

We are also planning to roll out the wiki upgrade during that time. So
groups.fsf.org might be down for a bit longer than the rest of the
sites, but if all goes well after lunch tomorrow we will be running on
modern Mediawiki.

A status page about the downtime will be put in place for visitors to
see during that time.
