Start a fedora-style design bounty to get people to produce freely licensed flyers promoting free softwore and the FSF and have them submit their results by uploading them to
mediagoblin.com with the tag #libreplanet
Then, print lots of copies of the best materials and send them to all the registered LP teams as of the end of the bounty and send them to all new teams to help them get started!
