[Libreplanet-dev] Action items' semantic queries not updating, and HTTP error 403 when testing further

I'm CC-ing this email to sysadmin[insert "at" symbol here]gnu.org
because of the error 403 described bellow.

In 2016-06-25 I took the time to create two action items to add to the
"Action items" page. Here are the new action items:

https://libreplanet.org/wiki/Action_items/To_freenode:_Leave_CloudFlare

I of course made sure that both of these new items have/had the
necessary Semantic MediaWiki markup so that they appear in the queries.

However, to my surprise, it seems that something is preventing the
queries to be updated.

I have made a simple test in the "Sandbox" page, this time, I limited
the query results to five items (after this number, the searchlabel
parameter points to a link with the full result):

However, to my surprise, although the searchlabel parameter was shown
(indicating further results), clicking on the link gives HTTP error 403
whose technical support key is b5df-41d2-96c0-bd29 (the same page
instructs to contact sysadmin[insert "at" symbol here]gnu.org and send
them this key).


However, it must be noted that I don't know if the error 403 is related
to the loss of query updates.
