Making a page and resource for the group would involve something like this:

1. Editing https://libreplanet.org/wiki/LibrePlanet:Teams

2. Under "United_States_of_America" section, add a list item for New
   South Wales, and inside the list item, add another one for Sydney,
   like so:

   * [[Group:LibrePlanet New South Wales|LibrePlanet New South Wales]]
   ** [[Group:LibrePlanet Sydney|LibrePlanet Sydney]]

3. Save and click on the LibrePlanet Sydney link, and create the page if
   it doesn't exist.

4. Do the same for New South Wales.

The difference is that, for New South Wales, you can *surely* receive a
mailing list, just follow the instructions at:
[[https://libreplanet.org/wiki/LibrePlanet:Teams/New]].

Also, make sure to check out the "Action items" page and explore the
different action items to see how to add your own ones there:
[[https://libreplanet.org/wiki/Action_items]].

And also the participation page:
