Random Page button

Right now, the Random Page function on the wiki is a shuffle icon (next
to Views), with no tooltip, which may not be recognizable to people
(where "people" means "me") and doesn't appear in a page search. Should
it be text?

Anyone who's inspired, feel free to propose or make changes (including
the possibility of no change).
