[libreplanet-discuss] 403 error if browser's User-Agent is hidden

Greetings,

At first I want to apologize if the place I am writing now is the
wrong one. I unsuccessfuly tried to find some kind of technical support
contacts.

I am having troubles using the whole groups.fsf.org Wiki when my browser's
User-Agent is either hidden (is not sending) or dummy (single space for
example). In my opinion it is the wrong behaviour. I hide my User-Agent
identification to prevent possibility of tracking. Of course I have
nothing to worry when using groups.fsf.org, but it is very unconvenient
to disable U-A hidening all the time visiting this resource.
