I strongly caution you in using this license for code developed at a
company. BSD and non-copyleft licenses do not protect your code from
being absorbed and used in a competing non-free solution by your
competitors. You will share code with them, and they are perfectly
entitled to use it and share nothing with you.

Some technologists espouse BSD and other non-copyleft as superior for
various reasons, but, the one thing they certainly do not help is your
business. They are great for anyone who is interested in your business
and want to hijack your work.

Using copyleft licensing is the sure fire way to protect and enhance
your business interests. At most you will gain free development,
testing, and bugfixes from the community, and at worst, you will ensure
that your competition can't draw your work through a one-way non-free
legal membrane and use it against you.
