The points in the article are very true.

The overall message I receive is "quality is maximized when artisans
play for community benefit".

We can create a setting where artisans can play all day long without
worring about food, shelter and basic health-care.

This "Basic Outcome" is insured by the land and water-rights and
plants and animals and tools needed to create a permaculture-based
"Vertically Integrated Production Arena".

Discussion of the VIPA is outside the scope of this mailing list.
