This is bad advice -- Tor Browser includes patches for anonymity leaks
that aren't fixed in mainline Firefox (and thus in IceCat). Using IceCat
with Tor will be insecure.
It seems possible to apply the same patches used to create GNU IceCat to
the Tor Browser, or apply the Tor Browser patches to GNU IceCat
(possibly this could be done by default to make IceCat tor-ready?).
