Hi all,
[FR] Cet écho a porté jusqu'aux instances Européennes qui commencent
aussi à stimuler les institutions en les encourageant à adopter une
politique technologique plus orientée vers les solutions libres.
Oui on peut féliciter l'APRIL pour ces avancés,l'APRIL a parfaitement
rempli son rôle en stimulant le décisionnel politique Français à prendre
en compte le logiciel libre dans les programmes de mutations
logicielles, que se soit au niveau national que local
