Here is a small list (which I can improve if you want):

[0] Google Chrome is non-free software, it violates your freedoms.
[1] [2] [3] It tracks its users in multiples ways.
[4] It spies its users by listening and recording their conversations.
[5] It implements DRM : Encrypted Media Extensions.
[6] It has been made to jail its users.
[7] [8] [9] It arbitrarily blocks ad-blockers and unverified extensions.
[10] It contains vulnerabilities (and users can't correct them themselves).
