Well you could mention it at the top of the programs list, just a
small note like:

"Libreboot installation workshop - free your BIOS!: see this news post
on libreboot.org for details"

Nonetheless, I have logged into my FSF account and added the link on
<https://libreplanet.org/wiki/LibrePlanet:Conference/2018>, under the
header titled "LibrePlanet:Conference/2018".
