Jitsi Meet (https://meet.jit.si/) is a pretty good option since it uses
WebRTC, a standard web protocol, and since it's web based it functions
on all devices that have a modern web browser. Another good option I
tend to use with my folks is Wire[0], which also uses WebRTC as its
main engine, but has clients for iOS, Android, and the three main
desktops (aside from also being able to run in the browser). Of the
two, the one that would be easiest to self-host would be Jitsi Meet, but
Wire is a good no-hassle option.
