That is great news. 

Just that RMS does not use Twitter, maybe somebody posted it there. I
cannot see Twitter currently due to censorship in the dictatorship
country I am located in (and the lack of vpn in this moment).

I have seen his announcement on LibrePlanet video.

I hope for RMS to be elected President of the Foundation.
