If I may say to original poster of the above statement:
I fully understand the concern. But, if you feel for some reason
harassed or have problems with gender, and there is something illegal,
you have the legal way to solve the problems.
For example, if anybody harasses you online, you have the law, legal
system, as only that one is authoritative. Find the jurisdiction,
where did harassment take place and how? Inform attorney, ask
police. If your jurisdiction says that certain speech is harassment
and illegal or crime or offense, then feel free to report and pursue
it legally. In case of defamation you are free to sue other
party. Only legal system is legitimate.
Telling somebody bad words like "f... you" may be offense in some
jurisdictions, you are free to pursue that through legal system.
