The software that NH uses is made globally, so, the actions/opinions of
software developers outside NH already matters. Lawmakers should be
trying to do what is right and good and just and that includes accepting
help figuring that out from people outside their state who want to help,
especially those with expertise in some specific issue.

It is my understanding that lots of new ideas in state laws get their
start in some single state with the help of experts and activists that
live across the country, then that law inspires other states to make
similar laws, often copying much of the first law.
