1: Shutdown Facebook ?

In via del tutto eccezzionale, ho deciso di render noto questa notizia, arrivatami da demandprogress.org 

Nonostante non approvi Facebook, insieme and altre persone siamo su Internet re su Facebook, per poter affrontare argomenti riguardo alla Libertà d'Espressione, e mai come negli ultimi 2 anni, abbiamo dovuto farci carico di responsabilità e ruoli che le istituzioni dovrebbero tutelare, ma che puntualmente vengono ignorate.

Anzi ci troviamo a dover lottare per far rispettare ai POLITCI la LIBERTA' d'ESPRESSIONE, non manca l'occasione per poter apprendere che legiferano in senso opposto.

Iniziai 3 anni fa da solo, a seguire gli argomenti riguardo alla censura, al seguito ci sono anche membri del Partito Pirata Italiano, che premono affinchè ci sia Libertà d'Espressione mediante Internet.

Capisco la posizione riguardo al Partito Pirata, la quale dice apertamente che è in contrasto con il Moviemento per il Software Libero, ma non si affronta l'aspetto riguardo al download selvaggio dei contenuti, sul quale abbiamo trovato un accordo.

Sto cercando di mantenere una posizione che riguardi solo ed espressamente la Libertà d'Espressione, poi si dovrà discutere anche sui contenuti e cercare di fargli capire che internet è una risorsa di tutti e come tale si ha il diritto ad accedervi.

Altra cosa cui sto cercando di fargli capire è che su Internet dovrebbero veicolare solo contenuti liberi, ma ciò non è semplice, perchè si trovano anche tante altre cose, che se non fossero state messe su Internet, anche violando il dititto d'autore, non ci sarebbe modo di apprendere certe notizie, perchè non sono disponibili in altro modo.

Bisognerebbe rimuovere da Internet tutte quelle applicazioni che sono non libere e che violano di fatto il copyright.

Canzoni e film che si possono acquistare su Internet o al negozio sotto casa, non hanno senso di esser reperibili su Internet.

Dunque si dovrebbero lasciare quei contenuti amatoriali e che hanno una valenza storica.

Molti websites dovrebbero chiudere e forse più dominii su IPv4 sarebbero disponibili e non ci sarebbe bisogno di usare IPv6 per cose futili.

Inoltre non ci sarebbe nemmeno bisogno di IPv6, sarebbero bastati 64bit di indirizzamento per un nuovo protocollo IP, affinchè si continuasse a beneficiarne per i prossimi 57 anni.

• The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (the "Internet Blacklist Bill") would block your access to sites the government says are engaging in even small amounts of copyright infringement -- no matter what other content they house.

• The government just arrested one website operator for linking to other sites.

• Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have been seizing domain names without due process: they shut down 84,000 sites by accident last month, and government officials think ICE and DHS are claiming powers that would even let them shut down Facebook.

Industries with deep pockets can pay people big bucks to shill for them in Washington -- many of them make cameos in our video.  Your pockets might not be deep, but there are hundreds of thousands of you, and we need your support so we can keep fighting back.
