[libunwind] license change

From: David Mosberger
Subject: [libunwind] license change

I'd like to change the license of libunwind from "GPL with exception"
to the MIT license. I always wanted libunwind to be usable by anyone
and I thought "GPL with exception" met that criterion adequately.
However, it turns out that the BSD folks would not be able to use
libunwind in the kernel. The MIT license should be liberal enough to
fix that problem.

If anyone who contributed to libunwind objects to the license change,
please speak up know (according to my records, only Brian Sumner and
Mark Young qualify here at the moment, but if I'm forgetting someone,
speak up).
