Re-reading the manual page for unw_getcontext, it seems that my
question of yesterday is answered there -- that is, for ia64 at least.
In particular, the page implies that an ia64 ucontext_t can serve as an
unw_context_t for purposes of unwinding. If this is the case then I'm
very happy, and sorry about the noise of yesterday.
