It's on my list of things to do, but not the highest-priority item.
There are really two issues: how to register/lookup the dynamic
unwind-info list in DWARF2 and the actual dynamic-unwind info parser.
The first one I have a pretty good idea of how to solve and wouldn't
take a lot of code.  The second one would be more time-consuming.  My
hope would be to get this all done for 0.99 but I'd say that (without
help from others), that's still a few months out.
