[libunwind] libunwind v0.98.3 released

Version 0.98.4 of libunwind has just been released.  As always, you
can get it from:

  ftp://ftp.hpl.hp.com/pub/linux-ia64/libunwind-0.98.4.tar.gz

The purpose of this release is to fix a bug:

** Fix a typo in _ReadSLEB.c which caused hangs when throwing exceptions
   from Intel ICC-compiled programs.  Reported by Tommy Hoffner.

The bug only got triggered when throwing an exception from a program
compiled with the Intel (ICC) compiler so if you're happy with
v0.98.3, there is no urgent need to upgrade.  Distributors should
upgrade as soon as possible, however, to avoid interoperability
problems.
