[libunwind] Failed to build from source with gcc 4.0

Hi David,

The following Debian bug report has been posted about building libunwind
with gcc 4.0 on IA-64:

I need to set up a build environment to be able to reproduce it. But I
wanted to let you know about it as soon as possible.
