[Libunwind-devel] test-static-link broken on ARM

I have been receiving the following error since my first investigation,
but I have been papering over it by excluding this test from my builds.
I only see this on ARM and have tried several different toolchaiins in
an attempt to resolve it. Do others also see this problem? Any ideas how
to squash it?
