This is autoconf generated blurb. All it's saying is you can cd to the
subdir and build. Not necessarily that you can copy the tests
directory elsewhere and test.

You are welcome to develop patches to make libunwind tests usable
without the source directory. Look for documentation on "installcheck"
target in autoconf.
