I pushed the following patches to git:

4791a76 Fix compiler warnings when UNW_DEBUG is enabled
9e0d6b1 Fix empty structs in libunwind-x86_64.h
e63cadf Remove unnecessary calls to labs()
dbce594 Correct name returned by get_proc_name() for some frames.
3723511 Adjust use_prev_instr for syscall and frame-chain frames.
85946d9 Use helper to walk past the syscall frames on FreeBSD/x86,
similar to FreeBSD/x86_64.
f168437 Link libunwind to libgcc_s rather than libgcc
