NR 1.2.4 in Setting automatic beam behaviour explains first
how to modify automatic beams by changing beatStructure, and
only much later explains that rules defined in beamExceptions
take precedence over rules specified in beatStructure.  Since beamException  
rules are defined for many common time signatures
this confuses many new users who believe their beatStructure
settings are not working correctly.

This effect should be explained earlier and (some of) the
early examples of beatStructure should use common time
signatures, showing how to reset beamExceptions.

Explaining beamExceptions fully should remain later, as now.
