This is not actually concerning the regression as such, but I think our  
output for
{ << \times 2/3 { s8 r8 c''8 } \\ r4 >> }
is just wrong.  In my opinion, the tuplet bracket would need to extend over  
the full covered "time", not just over elements that happen to be visible  
in the current Voice.

I'm not saying that we can do a fix for that easily, but I think that some  
of the crashes caused by this issue would not happen if LilyPond  
interpreted the construct as such in a more reasonable manner.
