Tu remplaces le contenu du fichier suivant :
C:\Program
Files\LilyPond\usr\share\lilypond\current\ly\chord-modifiers-init.ly
... et toutes tes partitions seront créées automatiquement avec tes propres
extensions.
Pour moi, c'est pile poil ce qu'il me fallait. Et ça marche impec. =)
