As this question occurs from time to time, how about that:
A warning (like for barchecks) if a note spans over the end of a measure.

Because in standard notation this is not wanted. Of course, there are
situations where this is actually intended, so this would require an
option to turn this warning off:
- usage in combination with the completion_heads_engraver
- engraving old music (and bars are only hints for today’s readers)
- perhaps more
