Thank you for the new version of Frecobalsi v3.1.

 

I am a window 10 user, I have a hard time installing the new frecobaldi v3.1.

I download the frecobaldi 3.1.tar.gz and extract it to a folder. Then I click on setup .py  NOTHING happen.

I need help to install.
