Do you use a sip.linphone.org account ?
Which platform do you use ? (MacOS,Windows,GNU/Linux,Android,iOS)
Which version of the app do you use, and where did you get it from ?
Can you please make sure that logs are enabled in the settings, reproduce the issue, then click on "send logs" and give me the generated link ?

To whom this may concern,
I am struggling with the use of the app Linphone. For some reason I am not able to call anyone via my SIP account. It always says user not found. I have tried to change settings on my phone, in the app and even with my Wifi account. I do not know why the app does not connect calls with my phone even though it says active and shows a green point.
I am not sure wether this is the right adress, however, it would be really nice if you had some advice.
