Hi,

Of course you can use oRTP. It is free software !
oRTP is under LGPL, this means that you can use it even inside a
proprietary (closed source) application.
However, if you made changes or add some code INSIDE oRTP, you MUST send
me the modified oRTP, and your modifications or added code falls under
the LGPL.
