[Linphone-users]Linphone 0.9.0 configure problem on RedHat Linux 8.0

I believe I have everything installed from Redhat Linux 8.0, still I am 
getting following error message while running ./configure, any idea?

> checking for XpmFreeXpmImage in -lXpm... yes
> checking for gnome_window_icon_set_default_from_file in -lgnomeui... yes
> checking for applet_widget_gtk_main in -lpanel_applet... no
> configure: error: libpanel-applet is required. It is usually distributed in 
> the gnome-core package.
>         On Debian it is in libpanel-applet package. Please install also 
> the development package.
