Nothing is wrong with linphone message here.

linphone insert what is called a "Pre-Route set" in
order to send the initial messages to a proxy. The
SIP center proxy is not compliant...

You should inform them of this issue!

Luckily, you can configure linphone so that it
won't use the Route header but will still send
the message to the proxy at sip.sipcenter.com:

 Enter the SIP panel configuration:
 Disable Outbound proxy
 Enable Proxy server instead

You're done.
