Sorry I was wrong with TCP_KEEPALIVE.
Linphone use UDP only ! I can't see anything in RFCs that permit to
verify that the other party is always reachable while we're in
communication !
The only solution I see is to send OPTIONS periodicaly and to wait for
ACK.
