[Linphone-users] Basic Question - Please Help

I have a very common internet connection

ISP (Dynamic IP)  <---> 4 port NAT modem/router <---> 4 computers

I have searched for how to use linphone with this configuration, and 
have many leads, but a system still not working. I registered at iptel, 
and installed siproxd. Is there an easy howto somewhere for me?

Specific questions:
(1) Do I need to pinhole my NAT router firewall. If yes, tcp or udp port 
types?
(2) Does siproxd need a static external ip?
