Hi All,
I am trying to make SIP calls happen between a desktop PC and a PDA
(Simputer). Calls started from either side have problems in getting set
up. Note that the desktop is also connected via the wireless interface.
I am using SJ Phone on Windows on the desktop and linphone on the
simputer.

1. Calling from PDA (Simputer running on linux) to Desktop PC

When a Invite request goes from simputer side to Desktop, the body of
invite message (as seen by Ethereal on the desktop side ) doesn't seem to
have port number specified for RTP in the body of SDP. As a result, after
the desktop accept the call and an accept message is sent out, a
destination unreachable (port unreachable) ICMP message arrives from the
simputer to the desktop and ultimately the call gets ACK timeout.

2. Calling from Desktop to simputer (simputer running on linux)
when a invite message from the desktop is sent to the simputer
(simputer is already running linphone at this point), it doesn't seem
to be received by the simputer. I have no idea whether it even reaches
the simputer.

How may I find out where the problem lies ?

Please help me out here ? I need this done very urgently

Thank you,
