I can't because the AC97 chip is onboard. (embedded board)
I posted several things into the alsa mailinglist and experimented a lot.
After that I'm sure that it is a linphone problem. I run linphone and sipomatic
in parallel and logged the status of the PCM and MIXER device. (see attachment)
As you can see there are XRUNS. I played around with the buffer settings in the
linphone code and could produce a sound but it's much to quick (rate problem?)
and not continious. (buffer problem?)
Aplay works okay without any problems. I appended the log, too.
