Hello,

For all cases where linphone doesn't recv or sends any sound, a complete call 
log would (using linphone --verbose) would really help.

The case where you hear yourself is probably unrelated with linphone itself: 
more a mixer setting problem (the playback level of your micro phone is 
probably >0). It can be also an echo if the computers you use for testing are 
near from each other and if the microphone is very sensitive.
