Develop a push to talk capability for the 1% of soundcard that are still 
half-duplex would not be very efficient. Unfortunately I have very very 
little time to spend on linphone and I have to carefuly choose the 
objectives.

You're welcome. The 1 second audio delay is due to the soundcard (or the 
driver). Try an alsa driver (if exist).
