I'm sorry I can't apply this patch:

File to patch: ./include/ortp/payloadtype.h
patching file ./include/ortp/payloadtype.h
patch: **** malformed patch at line 9:  #ifdef __cplusplus

I guess it's because it was inlined in the email, thus sensitive to strange 
non-ascii encodings. Can you please re-send it to me as an attachment ?
