try ffmpeg r6104:
http://www.pengutronix.de/software/ptxdist/temporary-src/ffmpeg-r6104.tar.bz2

Compiles here (arm target), function not verified.
This ffmpeg "release" worked with linphone 1.7.1.

linphone 2.0.1 needs attached patch to compile.
