Hi,

You probably got the "libswscale bug".
The ffmpeg you are have used to compile had libswscale enabled.
The workaround is to rebuild ffmpeg without libswscale, and then rebuild 
linphone from scratch is then every thing goes to work.
The bug is fixed in cvs (and so in next release).
