Thanks from me also. Does not work for bluesip.net (sip idendity is xxx,
auth name is bluesip/xxx). Had to fallback to msx264-1.1.7
(2.0.0 gave a compilation error about missing declaration
of AVPacket structure or about). OS is fedora 11.
