Can you test this version:

http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases-
noredirect/linphone/unstable/source/linphone-3.2.0.99.tar.gz

It has the new authentication window asking for userid.
First make sure you have no running instance of linphone.
Then clean out all [auth_info_*] section belonging to your bluesip account 
from ~/.linphonerc, then start the new version.
If it still does not work please send a log.
