[Linphone-users] new release of msx264

Hi,

Many of you encoutered various problems with H264 plugin (compilation
problems, interop problems with video damaged).
I fixed them last night. The video damaged problem was due to the change
of a default parameter in lastest versions of x264 library (annexb
bitstreams was turned on).
