Hi,

Have a look at linphonecsh tool (included in linphone):
You can do

#to spawn the daemon
linphonecsh init

#place a call
linphonecsh call "sip:blabla"
#hangup
linphonecsh terminate

#exit the daemon
linphonecsh exit
