You may try editing the .linphonerc file, find the section
[sip]
sip_port=5060
and change the port.
This is in Linux and the file is in your home directory. In Windows the file may be linphonerc

OK, my FreePBX is in a Ubuntu in a VirtualBox VM on a Windows PC, and linphonec is running on this same host PC.  However, X-Lite and Linphone (the GUI one) both work fine on the same host.  Are there any special configurations needed to beat this linphonec problem?

Thanks

I am using the Windows version of linphonec.  When I start the program, I get:

Warning: Could not start UDP transport on port 5060, maybe this port is already used.

When I make a call, I get:

Error from linphone_core_invite

I Googled and it seems nobody has gotten this error before.  What could be the cause?  Any help appreciated.

Thanks.
