I think we have different understandings of the term 'outbound proxy'. To me
an outbound proxy is a proxy server such as siproxd sitting on or near your
NAT device, fixing the many problems NAT can cause with SIP. It sounds to me
like you have a problem with some types of NAT that is inherent to SIP, not a
problem specific to linphone. I have similar problems, and use siproxd on my
firewall to fix them.

It's also possible we understand the same thing by 'outbound proxy' and that
your network is rather different to the usual configuration here. In that case
you may just have configured linphone incorrectly as its outbound proxy
configuration isn't very clear. In the account settings "SIP Identity" and
"SIP Proxy address" are for your registration details, in your case using
sip.telphin.com. The outbound proxy is configured in the "Route (optional)"
section using something of the form <sip:your.outbound.proxy;lr> so I guess
yours should be <sip:voice.telphon.com;lr>. You may also need to include the
port number.
