In .linphonerc, you can put:
[sip]
hostname=92.24.4.157
but it still listens on 0.0.0.0 udp/5060 - maybe the only way is with
something like chbind? (chbind is like chroot but for IP addresses -
I'm not sure if it's still supported.)
